Our program is built as a step by step process to transform your swing completely and take your game to the next level. Each week you will be working on 1 specific move in the swing. Each day you watch a video teaching you exactly how to perform each move. You will then find an example video of a big leaguer doing the move that we are teaching to you. Then you will receive drill videos that reinforce those moves and help you practice them. Finally we will have you send in videos of you performing the move and give you helpful feedback on it.

All of our feedback is done through the OnForm video analysis app. You will send us the video and then receive the personalized feedback from one of our pro coaches. You will be able to build a relationship with us and have 24/7 access to message us with any questions you have about ANY part of your game. We encourage you to send us extra videos and ask as many questions as you can to help you improve!
